Introduction to Changing Lives
The Council and the Primary Care Trust asked some experts to carry out a review of Learning Disability Services in Bradford.
The Review has finished and a report has been written called 'Changing Lives Through Real Partnership'.
The report has been agreed by the Council, the Primary Care Trust and Bradford District Care Trust.
Bradford People First have made a film about the Strategic Review with Simon Morritt and Moira Wilson.
